In my practice I combine biodynamic osteopathy and Autonomic Response Testing (ART) muscle biofeedback.
When to come for osteopathy?
Biodynamic osteopathy can help with many kinds of complaints, including ones that feel vague. I use osteopathy mainly for the musculoskeletal system. If you have musculoskeletal complaints that have lasted at most a few months, biodynamic osteopathy is a natural starting point.
When to come for ART treatment?
If your symptoms are more varied and have gone on longer, I recommend ART first. ART gives a broader and more concrete picture of what your body needs right now. From that, a more comprehensive course of care can be built, which may include several methods — for example using herbs or tapping acupuncture points. Testing often also finds structural disturbances, in which case it is advisable to continue with osteopathic treatment.
The two approaches complement each other. You cannot choose incorrectly. If you are unsure, we can discuss which fits your situation better right now.
Osteopathy (Biodynamic)
Biodynamic osteopathy is hands-on work that listens to the body. I do not focus on correcting isolated structures; treatment is done from the whole, and the body is allowed to make the changes it needs.

Chronic complaints almost always involve more than structural factors. With ART muscle biofeedback I map the stresses in your body and find out what it needs right now.
